The Ministry of Finance requests the updating of data from taxpayers registered for VAT

The General Directorate of Internal Taxes of the Ministry of Finance has asked taxpayers registered for VAT to update their data as indicated in the regulations of the institution.

According to the institution, this process must be carried out within the first ten working days of each year in order to receive notifications, in accordance with the provisions of Article 90, second paragraph of the Tax Code, through form F211 "update of address to receive notifications".

The referred form is available online at our web page www.mh.gob.sv, which must be filed exclusively by that means no later than January 15, 2021.

Likewise, Circular No. 001/2000 has been made available, which provides for the mandatory information of the address before the Tax Administration.
