Deputies approve the creation of INCAF

With 66 votes, the deputies of the Legislative Assembly approved the Law for the Creation of the Instituto Nacional de Capacitación y Formación (INCAF). This entity will assume the functions of the Instituto Salvadoreño de Formación Profesional (INSAFORP), which will cease to exist in the coming weeks.

Several agreements between several nations in commercial, criminal and defense matters were ratified by the deputies of the Legislative Assembly in the 126th plenary session. Among these is the ratification with 70 votes of the "Free Trade Agreement between Mexico, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Nicaragua".

A reform to the nation's budget, approved by 73 deputies, was approved to incorporate US$4,038,105 to the Instituto Salvadoreño del Café (ISC).
