For this monday, january 15, 2024, the prices of electric energy in El Salvador have been announced, which do not present any change compared to the previous quarter.

The Dirección General de Energía, Hidrocarburos y Minas (DGEHM) informed this sunday, october 15, that the cost of electric energy tariffs will increase.

The Superintendencia General de Electricidad y Telecomunicaciones (SIGET)  announced that the average price of electricity will remain stable for the next quarter, relieving the pockets of thousands of salvadoran households.

According to the Superintendencia General de Electricidad y Telecomunicaciones (SIGET) announced that the average prices of electric energy continue to experience stability for the next three months.

The price of energy will remain without increases for the next three months, this was announced by President Nayib Bukele, through his Twitter account, to prevent households from being affected by increases in the international market.

In the new tariff schedule published in traditional media by AES El Salvador and Delsur, there are some increases and some reductions, all depending on whether it is residential, general, public or industrial service.
