29 families benefited with funds to build their homes

Michelle Sol, minister of Housing and Juan Alberto Ortiz, President of the Instituto Administrador de los Beneficios de los Veteranos y Excombatientes (INABVE), delivered contributions to more salvadoran families for the construction of their homes.

There are 29 families, including veterans and former combatants of the armed conflict, who received economic support and reside in eight departments of the country. The social investment amounts to $262,561.84.

To date, the Housing System has delivered 457 contributions for the construction of houses nationwide to the sector of veterans and former combatants.

The minister indicated that these resources being delivered to former combatants and their families allow them to change the lives of the beneficiary families.

She also said that the country is transforming and proof of this is that in the President's Administration the Housing System has invested more than $500 million in credits, deeds, improvement or construction of housing and resettlement.

The technical and social team of the Ministry of Housing will be in charge of verifying the progress of the works and guaranteeing quality construction processes, said the official in her social networks.
