Samsung Electronics, a world leader in the technology sector, is ranked for the third consecutive year as the best global company in the "World's Best Employers" ranking. The list gathers 800 companies and is the result of a survey led by Forbes magazine, in partnership with the market research firm Statista.

In 2022, the ranking reaches its sixth edition and, on this occasion, 150,000 workers from multinational companies and institutions in 57 countries who work full-time and part-time participated in the survey. Samsung achieved the first position due to good results in evaluations of aspects such as economic impact, corporate image, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility. Respondents also rated the company as a recommended employer for friends and family.

"The result reflects our commitment to making Samsung a great place to work. We are always focused on actions that promote respect and encourage human talent, diversity and inclusion strategies to ensure equal opportunities for all employees and candidates, as well as diverse learning solutions for employee self-development", says Mario Laffitte, vice president of Institutional Relations for Samsung in Latin America.

The company was not involved in the research process, not even being able to recruit the interviewees, which guaranteed the anonymity of the participants.

The World's Best Employers 2022 ranking is available on the World's Best Employers 2022 website.
