The donation consisted of 300 boxes of bread, a total of 3,200 loaves of boxed bread, ready to feed hundreds of Salvadoran families. The donation was made in the presence of José Gilberto Ramos, Logistics Coordinator of the Banco de Alimentos de El Salvador.
"Grupo Bimbo under its purpose of "feeding a better world" and being aware of the vulnerability of many Salvadoran families, we wanted to contribute, making this donation to the Banco de Alimentos, so that these families can have bread on their table", said Karen de Egan, head of Marketing Bimbo of El Salvador.
This donation of Bimbo White Bread represents Grupo Bimbo's mission of "Bringing delicious and nutritious food into the hands of everyone". For Grupo Bimbo it is important to join this type of initiative, since, beyond a donation, it represents food and nutrition for the members of all these families that will be benefited.
