The United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Tigo El Salvador and the Fundación Empresarial para la Acción Social (FUNDEMAS) held the graduation of the CONECTADAS program and presented the results achieved during the years 2021 and 2022 in terms of income or sales generation, employment and empowerment of women.

The Fundación Empresarial para la Acción Social held the second day of the Sustainability and CSR Week 2022 "Overcoming Global Risks through Sustainability", entitled "Key Stakeholders: Risks and Opportunities".

This study was conducted with the support of the company Analítika, and its objective was to "identify, define and characterize the supply and demand of the labor market in the municipality of Soyapango, the existing relationships between training and labor insertion, and the prospects for future employment generation", providing evidence and reliable information to better support vulnerable groups by offering them job training and effective job matching processes.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Mr. Roberto Murray Meza, who was our President from 1999 to 2013. During the third day of the Sustainability and CSR Week " Ecosistemas para la Sostenibilidad 2021", organized by the Fundación Empresarial para la Acción Social (FUNDEMAS), the theme of technology as a driver of human improvement was the protagonist.
