Event to discuss the role of women in a changing world

Plan International El Salvador and Banco Davivienda join once again to commemorate International Women's Day through the event "Mujeres Imparables", a space designed to reflect on the situation of girls and women and promote actions to ensure their rights and equality.

This year, the event will surprise with the participation of four important women who are setting precedents in their professional fields. One of the guests, from Colombia, is the renowned journalist, presenter, director and social communicator Claudia Palacios, with more than 22 years of experience in television and radio.

She has stood out for her work in news networks such as CNN en Español, columnist and author of books such as Hembrujas: muchas voces de una lucha en la que faltan hombres. She will address the topic: "Women leaders in a world in transformation towards sustainability".

Also, there will be a discussion on the theme: "Reinventing and leading in a changing world" with the participation of three salvadoran women: Dina Semch, renowned psychologist and mental health activist; Jackeline Quijano, journalist and winner of 3 Emmy's with the Univision Washington News team in the United States. In addition to the distinguished entrepreneur Lorena Gonzalez, CEO of the successful brand Línea Rosa, exclusive transportation for women and driven by women.

The event will take place from a virtual platform on tuesday, march 8, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. El Salvador time. During the activity there will be raffles for all attendees, which are possible to Banco Davivienda and other friendly brands and co-sponsors.
