The competition has been organized by the Comisión de Surf del Club Salvadoreño and is open to both members and non-members of the Club. Registration is open in two categories, Long Board and Open, with a cost of US$10.00 per person.

In addition, each participant will receive a starter kit that includes a T-shirt and hydration during the event, as well as medals at the end of the tournament and the awarding of the first three places in each category. First place will receive US$500, second place US$300, and third place US$200.
