Claudia Ibáñez is an active and cheerful woman, recognized for her leadership, innovation and dynamism. Inspired by her mother, who was unable to realize her professional goals at a time when women were not allowed access to university education, Claudia ventured into the business world with determination. Throughout her career, she faced significant challenges as a woman in a predominantly male environment, struggling to gain credibility and professional space.
